At the request of Ben Beiler (“Applicant”), the Board of Supervisors of Washington Township (“Board”) will hold a conditional use hearing on Applicant’s application for a contractor’s yard at 644 Cooley Road, Allenwood (Washington Township), PA, known as Lycoming County Tax Parcel No. 57-43000124A.  The Board will hold the hearing on May 2, 2022, beginning at 5 p.m., at the Township Building, 15973 South State Route 44 Highway, Allenwood (Washington Township), PA.  The Board may take action on Applicant’s application following the hearing.  A copy of Applicant’s application is on file at the Township Building and may be viewed during regular business hours or by appointment by calling (570) 547-6893.
